Hello! I'm Edwina. I'm a graduate journalist with the Times News Group. I recently studied a BA Arts (Journalism) with minors in Media and Creative Writing at Swinburne.

I am passionate about telling important stories and I really enjoy writing features that establish great visuals in the mind.

I am currently a social media manager and copywriter for booming health foods brand, Purabon and was recently a writer and editor for The Junction, covering the 2018 Victorian state election.

​

I have won two amateur creative writers' awards. I have had a human interest story published in the Ballarat Courier's 'I'm Not Like Paris' magazine, a Motorsports story in the Ballarat Courier and many features in Swinburne's flagship student publication, The Standard.

Previously, I have pitched and produced stories for the ABC's flagship current affairs show, 7.30  as an intern.

 

I aspire to be a balanced, skilful and respected journalist that can write the truth with a sense of creative flair.
